*Orders subtotal must be  $100 + after all discounts or coupons have been applied to qualify for free shipping.

**All orders placed before 9am CT will be shipped same day (no deliveries on weekends and holidays). Orders placed after hours or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day.

To guarantee that your package is correctly delivered, and you obtain your order within the time frame advertised above, please make sure your address, phone number and email are fully entered and correct. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable, we will issue a store credit in the form of a August Reine Boutique Gift Card for the price of your item( s) minus the shipping charge.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. 

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable for any returned or refused packages. 

We ship to all APO/FPO addresses using USPS

If your tracking information indicates your order as delivered and you have not received it please make a claim with USPS/UPS. August Reine Boutique is not responsible for packages that tracking states it has been delivered by carrier.

If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will ship the remainder of your items and refund you for the item(s) not available.

 

International Shipping

Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the sole responsibility of the customer. August Reine Boutique cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, cutoffs fees may be. August Reine Boutique is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.

 

Pre-order Items

Any item marked Pre-rder in the product title will be shipped on or around the estimated ship date indicated in the item's description. If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will ship on or about the given ship date in the pre-orders description.

Shoe Packaging

All shoe orders are packed in our personalized signature packaging. All shoes are individually wrapped in black tissue paper and neatly placed in a protective sturdy box.  Shoe Boxes are only sent upon request by the customer in the Customer Order Notes provided at checkout. There will be an up charge of an additional $7 for all shoe box request. 

 

Delayed Shipping

Once shipped in the least likely event that your package is delayed. Please contact the shipping carrier. August Reine Boutique is not responsible for delayed packages. 

 

Reserved Shipping Rights

August Reine Boutique reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or cancel customers’ orders made on www.AugustReine.com at any time due to:

  1. Irregular or excessive returns that indicate "wardrobing"

  2. Irregular or excessive returns history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, missing items.

  3. Potential criminal or fraudulent activities.

When you visit our website or purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Our store is hosted on PayPal Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 


Your data is stored through PayPal's data storage, databases, and the general PayPal application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:


When you use our direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then PayPal stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.


All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
